This book should be a knock-it-out-of-the-ballpark winner the textile illustrations are phenomenal, and the story of a parent's self-sacrifice for the freedom of her child (and the freedom of many others) are gripping. King Kieri must deal with betrayal, dragon fire, and a less than helpful grandmother. The index is comprehensive, the binding excellent.
